NORIAN™ Drillable System is a moldable, biocompatible bone void filler with added reinforcing fibers. It is intended to be placed into bony voids either before or after final fixation. The material can be drilled and tapped, and screws can be placed through it at any time during or after the setting process. When fully cured, the composition formed closely approximates the mineral phase of bone.
NORIAN Drillable System is intended for bony voids or defects of the upper and lower extremities and pelvis. These defects may be surgically created osseous defects or osseous defects created from traumatic injury to the bone1.
1 For the intended use and a complete set of indications, contraindications, warnings and precautions, see the instructions for use (IFU).
