LUPINE® BR
LUPINE® BR

LUPINE® BR now with BIOCRYL RAPIDE™. Pre-loaded with ORTHOCORD® Suture, LUPINE Loop offers a procedural solution for instability repairs.

Anchor Peg Glenoid
Anchor Peg Glenoid

The patented Anchor Peg Glenoid achieves immediate stability with the three minimally cemented peripheral pegs and provides a proven method3 of fixation through an interference fit of the central peg. The central peg facilitates bony integration around the flutes for increased fixation strength and resists “rocking horse” loosening1. A study by Wirth et al. showed that mean fixation strength increased significantly within three months and remained strong six months postoperatively in a weight-bearing animal study1.

The Anchor Peg Glenoid is available in PREMIERON™ X linked Polyethylene - the brand name for our moderately cross-linked polyethylene.

GLOBAL® ENABLE® Glenoid Exposure System
GLOBAL® ENABLE® Glenoid Exposure System

The GLOBAL ENABLE Glenoid Exposure System is designed to simplify glenoid exposure during primary and reverse shoulder arthroplasty. GLOBAL ENABLE System provides a step-by-step methodology for glenoid exposure with consideration for challenging exposure situations. The retractor set includes eight retractors designed for Access, Protection, and Control.

Throughout the glenoid exposure process, three functions are highlighted for their contribution to Access, Protection, and Control. Used together with the GLOBAL ENABLE Glenoid Exposure System, these three steps will improve the ability to gain consistent glenoid exposure.

GLOBAL® FX™ Shoulder System
GLOBAL® FX™ Shoulder System

Proximal humeral fractures are one of the most common indications for shoulder replacement. The prosthesis includes many features to assist the surgeon with this particularly difficult procedure. One such feature is a positioning jig to assist in re-establishing proper humeral head height and version.

DELTA XTEND™ Reverse Shoulder System
DELTA XTEND™ Reverse Shoulder System

The DELTA XTEND System is a total semi-constrained shoulder arthroplasty. It reverses the normal relationship between the scapular and humeral components, moving the scapulo-humeral joint center of rotation medially and inferiorly. By doing this, it increases the deltoid lever arm as well as the deltoid tension therefore allowing the muscles of the deltoid group to compensate for rotator cuff deficiency. Each design feature of the Delta XTEND Reverse Shoulder System was chosen to accelerate recovery, optimize function and maximize survivorship.

The DELTA XTEND Shoulder Monobloc Humeral Stem is designed for cemented fixation, while the Modular Humeral Stem is designed for cementless fixation. The glenoid component is cementless with four screws as primary fixation and HA coating for secondary fixation.

GLOBAL® AP® Shoulder System
GLOBAL® AP® Shoulder System
DePuy Synthes Joint Reconstruction has combined innovative science and technology, and robust, user-friendly instrumentation with the GLOBAL Shoulder's nearly two decades of clinical heritage to bring you the GLOBAL AP Shoulder System.

The GLOBAL AP or Adjustable Prosthesis was the first shoulder system that provided options for variability of 30° in the neck shaft angle and version, and a standard 135° angle similar to the GLOBAL ADVANTAGE® Shoulder Arthroplasty System.

The GLOBAL AP System offers the surgeon a shoulder prosthesis that can restore anatomical function by incorporating variability of the humeral head's position relative to the humeral stem.

GLOBAL® ADVANTAGE™
GLOBAL® ADVANTAGE™

DePuy Synthes Joint Reconstruction has combined innovative science and simple instrumentation with the GLOBAL Shoulder's nearly two decades of clinical heritage1 to bring you the GLOBAL ADVANTAGE Shoulder Arthroplasty System. The GLOBAL ADVANTAGE Shoulder system brings together a proximal press-fit humeral stem, low profile standard and eccentric humeral head options with easy-to-use instruments.

GLOBAL ADVANTAGE Instrumentation System is designed to offer surgeons a straightforward surgical technique that prepares the proximal humerus, positions the trial, and places the definitive implant to achieve adequate joint mechanics and potential pain relief for patients. The instruments were designed for ease of use and Operating Room efficiency by incorporating features that enhance versatility, simplicity and precision throughout the surgical approach.

GLOBAL® UNITE® Shoulder System
GLOBAL® UNITE® Shoulder System

Introducing the GLOBAL UNITE Platform Shoulder Arthroplasty System, a modular shoulder system that provides surgeons adaptability within the Operating Room without compromising recognised biomechanical principles.

Every shoulder fracture presents a unique challenge. That is why DePuy Synthes Joint Reconstruction has created GLOBAL UNITE, a next-generation platform system. The modular proximal bodies enable the surgeon to restore joint height in press-fit and cemented applications, whilst the modular suture collar facilitates anatomic reconstruction of the tuberosities.

In the event that the patient’s pathology indicates that a GLOBAL UNITE System conversion to a reverse shoulder is required, the conversion can be accommodated without compromising biomechanics. Removal of the proximal body makes provision for the epiphysis to be attached to a well-fixed distal stem within the humerus at the proper height and version to optimise deltoid function.1

The GLOBAL UNITE System truly provides the surgeon Principled Adaptability within the Operating Room.

GLOBAL® CAP® and GLOBAL® CAP® CTA™ Shoulder Systems
GLOBAL® CAP® and GLOBAL® CAP® CTA™ Shoulder Systems

The GLOBAL CAP Shoulder System is a bone-preserving resurfacing implant which is an option for patients with degenerative arthritis.

The GLOBAL CAP CTA System is a bone-preserving humeral resurfacing solution for patients with early stage cuff tear arthropathy. The GLOBAL CAP CTA System was designed with an extended superior lateral humeral head that is designed to stabilize the joint and produce a low coefficient of friction at the interface with the acromion.

GLOBAL® APG+ Instrumentation
GLOBAL® APG+ Instrumentation

GLOBAL APG+ is an advanced cannulated instrumentation system that provides accurate and precise bone preparation for optimal implantation of the GLOBAL Anchor Peg Glenoid Implant. The instruments were designed for ease of use and heightened efficiency in the operating room by incorporating features that enhance versatility, simplicity, and precision through a streamlined surgical approach. GLOBAL APG Implant is designed to be used with either the GLOBAL ADVANTAGE® or GLOBAL AP® Shoulder Arthroplasty Systems.
